   Hi.
   I bought Corby Pro B5310 somewhere around Jan 2010. It was working fine until yesterday. All of a sudden I could not attend any call nor reject. After sometime it got switched off on its own. Later it restarted by itself and I could not enter any keys neither with qwerty nor touch pad. Then I removed battery, sim even the memory card for some time and allowed them to dry thinking it could be moisture problem as it was raining for 3 days. Later when i placed everything back and tried to switch on nothing happened. It took two hours for me to troubleshoot that all my keys have gone numb. Luckily when i plugged into my charger it started and my touch pad was working. I tried restore setting also. no use. if anyone facing similar problem pls let me know.
   I am now taking it to the service center Hope they could cure my Corby Pro.

   My experience of this phone:

   # 3G/HSDPA 900/2100 MHz – CAN’T USE SO NOT TESTED

   # GPRS/EDGE/WAP – GPRS ALWAYS GIVES PROBLEM WHILE CONNECTING
   # 2.8″ inch QVGA Touch Screen Display – WORST TOUCH SCREEN WHICH ANY PHONE HAS TILL DATE IN MARKET

   # 3 Megapixel camera with Video Recording – WORST CAMERA, BAD THAN A 1 MP CAMERA

   # Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g – WORKS ONCE IN 10 TIMES, MOST SUCKING PART OF THIS PHONE.

   # A-GPS – NEVER WORKED TRIED ALL OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON NET

   Just 4 months old phone, touch screen has gone bad, service center experience was horrifying. They took one month took my phone 3 times stil the issue is there.
   At the service center 60% of the people were having CORBY probs.
   SAMSUNG Corby is the worst phone in the market.

   PLEASE DONT BUY IT.

    I have the best ans.
    I m using corby pro from last 2 months. I m using internet through wifi. It is so simple. first u go into wifi. then search for wifi. when u found any wifi then click on the wifi and then connect. now for the open wifi network key is not require. Save the setting as it is fpr open wifi and for other wifi only require network key and save the setting. Now when it says connected minimise it and go into internet – settings – internet profiles. Now eddit your wifi setting. There is last option called Advanced setting eddit this. now click on static DNS. there is two option server 1 and server 2. Now minimise it and go into wifi click on connected wifi and click on details. there is last option IP address copy the IP address into server 1and save the internet setting and activate it. Now start the internet. It will work.
    You can also use the operamini or other browsers for this setting

    hey this phone isn’t what it looks we actually are unable to install any games and software into it another thing is the operating system which i think is developed by samsung only for samsung.then comes it’s
    resistive touch which is both old and irresponsive often than the capacitive once we see now(which obviously is great) .the phone dosen’t have a single application on the internet.so most of you have to be dissapointed.so i suggest not going in for this one cause once you fall into this dirty pit made by samsung u might be happy for 1 or 2 days then comes the agony and greif which is everlasting and would haunt you till the phone is with u.

    this is best phone i ever had…
    no complains….nice touchscreen,nice keyboard.
    one thing dat is missing is flash in camera…..rest is very good…..
    without thinking much ,buy ths one..

    i bought this phone about 2 weeks ago. it looks pretty cool but i’m havin’ prblem in browsing the internet(wifi). it detects wifi and is successfully connected also. but when i try browsing the internet, it says “service unavailable”. i just cant figure out the problem. help me out!!!

    Hi I have recently bought a Corby Pro. After i take a picture using camera it is displaying the menu and a blinking sign appears at the camera option. The image is not being stored anywhere. I have my memory card inserted and changed storage option to it. can anyone help me in this regard.
