The Lenovo Y550 model is a mid-grade laptop designed to provide many options to the average home computer user; with available features falling under specs for gaming, portable, home and media computer machine use. The entire Y series of Lenovo laptops (Y650, Y550, Y450) were announced, and put on display, at the 2009 CES event in Las Vegas.
The Lenovo Y550 will offer a 15.6″ LCD display with a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. As with most computers on the market each version is fully upgradeable to meet an individual consumer’s needs. The Y series of laptops offer up to 500GB storage space, up to 4GB of memory, and optional NVIDIA GFX graphics support. Additional options include a multi-touch touch-pad mouse interface, full facial recognition technology for security, and a very thin body design that weighs a mere 5.6 pounds total. All Y-series devices are set to go on sale sometime in March 2009; and both the Y550 and Y450 laptops have a starting retail price of $829.

The Lenova IdeaPad U460 is a notebook PC from Lenovo, released in June 2010. This computer has been designed for users who need a lightweight PC with long battery life. This notebook is similar to the U160, save for the larger 14-inch screen and two-tone body. Compared to the U460s, this model features a standard voltage processor as opposed to the low voltage alternative.
Lenova IdeaPad U460 is available in a range of Intel processor options are available, including Core i3, i5 and i7 choices. At its thinnest point, the U460 measures less than one inch thick, and weighs 3.8 pounds. For those working in darkened environments, Lenovo has included an ambient light sensor making the chiclet-style keyboard more visible. Additional features include integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, plus HDMI video output.

The Lenovo IdeaCentre H230 is a desktop compatible with Windows 7 and runs on an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. The IdeaCentre H230 is the most value-priced desktop among Lenovo’s new additions to their fall 2009 lineup, which include the IdeaCentre K300 ($499) and IdeaCentre B500 all-in-one ($649).
Lenovo IdeaCentre H230 has integrated GMA graphics cards, 640GB hard drive and up to 4GB of RAM. Also included is a DVD burner and Lenovo Rescue System which provide users a worry-free experience by enabling quick and easy data recovery and advanced antivirus technology. The IdeaCentre H230’s design is not awe-inspiring, but it has solid features and efficient performance for a good price.

The Lenovo G450 is a budget laptop with several features that are typically only found in high-end products. The laptop features a 14 inch widescreen TFT display with a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768 high quality visuals during both general computer use, videos, and movies. The system also includes a large 320 GB hard drive with enough space to hold dozens of programs, thousands of songs, and hundreds of videos.
Additionally, the Lenovo G450 utilizes a dual-core Intel Pentium 2.1 Ghz processor and 4 GB of RAM to provide a high amount of processing power and memory for a budget system. This laptop is not intended to run any games above the most basic available.

The Lenovo ThinkPad SL410 is a line of laptops designed for business use with a full suite of business grade technology and gives great features, portability and price. Standard processor options range from a 1.9GHz Intel Celeron T3100 to a 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 processor, and it comes standard with 2GB of DDR3 RAM. It has a 14.0″ HD VibrantView monitor with matte black cover and optional WWAN (HSDPA or EV-DO). There is a built in 8x dual layer DVD burner with options of 160GB, 250GB or 320GB internal hard drive space.
